I hate to start a new thread as this forum seems littered with 1 and 2 reply threads but I can't seem to track down an answer to my question. I am on day 3 of a water fast (expecting to go 3 weeks with intermittent juicing on my champion juicer) and also just started helping a friend with a serious amount of tile work. My previous lengthy fasts have always been in the winter and keeping warm seemed a primary concern. In Michigan here we are in the heat of summer, been over 90 for almost a week and when I am working on tiles I literally drip sweat the entire time. I expect to work on this for about another week or two and because of the amount of sweat I am wondering for the first time about the importance of salt during such a sweaty fast at least.
Should I be taking some in? If so what is the best way to do it and how much/often should it be done?
Thank you,
Bryan
