I'm not a big fan of the cayenne pepper thing, but I am a fan of the salt water flush which I use every time I fast. It flushes out the entire digestive tract very effectively, while the enema generally only effects the lower colon. I highly recommend the salt water flush while fasting. It's hard to get it down, and hard to keep it down, but after getting it down and keeping it down it will flush through your system and out the other end relatively quickly.

Hi jingrey,

The salt water flush is described in the "Master Cleanser", a book by Stanley Burroughs. Click on the link in the opening post of this thread and you'll find the entire text. Scroll quite aways down until you find the heading, "ANOTHER CLEANSING AID: INTERNAL SALT WATER BATHING" and you'll find the salt water flush described in detail. This is where I learned about it, years ago, and I've been using it successfully ever since. By the way, use it only after you've been fasting a few days so that the digestive tract is relatively clear. good luck! 8)

I have fasted alot and used senna tea. I've used enemas in the past. Today I tried the salt water flush for the first time. I drank tea last night and the salt water this morning. Based on the liquid results that came out about an hour later, I would say the theory is true: the salt water does go thru and I assume it does completely flush the colon, since it has to start at one end and come out the other. My colon was already pretty empty as I had done the tea and an enema two days ago.

Ron, your forums are over run with spam again. You may need to tighten up joining capability so spambots can't join so easily, but first you'll have to delete all the existing spambot accounts...

good luck,
Kenny
